NEW LIFE MUSIC-OZION-NEAL REED has launched an objective to create a 52 disc compilation series entitled “My New Life Music Volumes 1 – 52” featuring contemporary urban gospel tracks from around the world. Urban Gospel Artists are asked to participate by submittig the following to for consideration for single song/non-exclusive publishing deals.

The Sarasota Chalk Festival will run from November 1 – 7, 2011 and is accessible and
free to all. Over 250 artists participated in the 2010 event and over 2000 children
created impromptu works of art when it became the first international street
painting festival in the United States.

The Sarasota Opera Artists Concert, an annual favorite with local opera patrons, will take place Sunday, March 13 at 8 p.m. Always a highlight of the season, this entertaining concert will feature the Principal and Studio Artists of the 2011 Winter Festival performing popular songs and arias. Selections will include arias by Puccini, Verdi, Dvořak, Gounod, and Charpentier…

WINTER PARK, FL- More than 2,500 people made a pilgrimage to the Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art to tour the museum’s new $5 million wing during its debut over the weekend. The Morse, home to the world’s most comprehensive collection of works by American artist Louis Comfort Tiffany, opened its long-awaited 12,000-square-foot addition on Feb. 19. To celebrate the public opening, the museum is offering free admission through March 20.
